Note : We are redoing our rule video, making a dvd and going all out. New video will probably be finished after this event. We are working with others who have donated their time to make this video possible, and everyone is extremely busy. We could use a video editor, will pay in free tournament registrations. Please contact us if you would like to help.

Our rules have not changed much, pretty close to the IBJJF rules, we have no advantage points. There are always gray areas, different perceptions, etc. If you feel there is an area you want to cover more, etc, please contact us.

*** A lot of changes since videos, please use the printed rules as the main rules. Most of the rules are very close to IBJJF rules. Videos are more to demostate the moves.***

Dress Code - Dress code will be enforced!

Gi
Any color gi's are allowed, but must have matching colors.

No Gi
Only fight shorts and rash guards. DO NOT go top less.

Women:
DO NOT wear snug short bottoms.

Disqualification on Dress Code
If you do not have proper fight clothing, you can purchase it from one of the vendors. You will have a short time deteminded by the ref to change your competiton gear.

Ref Clinics

There are always gray areas in the rules. There is no such thing as a perfect tournament and we are all human so mistakes may happen.

Please remember all Ref calls are FINAL! You should view this video to help clear some of the gray areas and help you with the rules

Ref clinics will be open to the public in different areas of Colorado. Good to cover grays areas, reinforce knowledge, and to help get on the same page with others.

We have 3 schools participating so far, will be contacting more schools and waiting on others to get back to us.

If you are interested in hosting a clinic at your school, please contact us.

First clinic will start on the weekend of September 11th. Clinics will be throughout Denver, the more the merrier!

Free BJJ Mexico Trip
We will raffle off one free BJJ Mexico trip to our refs for paticipating in our clinics. Each clinic you will receive a raffle ticket. Must be a purple belt and above, ot receive your purple belt by Oct 16th.
