Tough grappling chicks from our last tournament!

Hi,

We have a lot of great things for your academy including our new upcoming academy page listings and also listing your events.

Our academy page gets a lot of hits.
First we would like your to know that we have finished gathering the other academies in the United States. However since we can't fit all the academies on one page, we will have to revamp the site and divide the academies page by the States. This revamping and adding the rest of the States should be done by the end of this month. If you have received this newsletter you should be a part of our Academy listings so please check back and let us know if anything is incorrect. If your Academy is not on the list, please contact us to add your Academy.

Adding your BJJ, Grappling, MMA events and seminars to our event page and RMBJJF Newsletters
We would like to extend our event page to include events across the United States. Adding your event to our event page will also be listed in our newsletters that goes out about once a month to a huge data base of the academies in the United States plus our past competitors, who have asked about being informed of other events too. This is a great way to let others know about your event and to stay on top of events coming up.

RMBJJF Upcoming BJJ tournament
We wanted to let you know about our Upcoming Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Tournament, the
"Colorado State Jiu Jitsu Championships!"

Last year we had a great turn out and this year we expect an even better turn out with some of the best competitors in the Rockies and nearby states. Also check out our cool raffle for 1st place winners of the blue belt divisions and above!

Our last grappling tournament was a great turnout! Results are posted on our site and pictures from the event can be viewed and also purchased from Pasko Photography along with other RMBJJF past events too.


Need a photographer for your event,
be sure to check out Pasko Photography. Sherrie Pasko also trains BJJ and Muay Thai Kick Boxing which enables her to see what is coming next to be ready to take those really cool shots.

Also wanted to let everyone know that we appreciate all the great sportmanship that was seen and practiced between competitors and academies.




Colorado State Jiu Jitsu Championships

Raffle
Raffle for a round trip airline ticket to the "World Jiu-Jitsu Championships" Long Beach, CA August 23rd-26th, 2007. Raffle is for the 1st place winners for the blue belt divisions and above.

Divisions
Master, Adult, Teens and Women

Check in
First Check in begins at 8:00 am- Rules will start at 9:00am, tournament begins afterwards.

Second Check in begins at 12:00 noon - Check our website for the tournament chronogram to see when your division checks in.

Tournament Chronogram will be posted on our website by July 20th, giving a approximate idea of what time your division will start and when you need to check in by. Please check back to see when your division checks in as you may be able to sleep in!

To register for the event, please print out our registration form and either fax or mail it in with your registration fee. You can pay with PayPal or send check or money order to:

Registration Fees and Deadlines
The fee for early registration received by 9:00pm, Monday, July 16th, is $55.00.
The fee for late registration received July 17th to 19th will be $70.00.

ABSOLUTELY NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 9:00 pm July 19th! Also, note that registration fee(s) are non-refundable.

***Registered Competitors - Click here to check here to see if you are registered. Names will be posted with 24 hours of registering and all names will be up the night before the event. If your name is not here, please contact us otherwise you will not be competing!!!

***Instructor and coach List - Click here to check to see if your coach or instructer name is here for free admission. We only allow 2 from each academy location, so talk to your instructor to see which two will be on our list. Please check here to see if your Instructor or Coach has been added to the list, if not please contact us.

Important Team information!
Only two academies/locations per team are allowed to enter as one team in order to gain points for their team. In the case of one team having multiple locations (more than 2), they will have to split their teams in to "Team A", "Team B" and so forth. Team A and Team B can not combine their points for the overall points towards team awards!

Rated Tournaments!
