Absolutes - Division are complementary after you have registered for a gi or no gi divisions. You may sign up when registering online or at the event. If this is to be your only fight, then the absolute price will be the same price on the above timeline.

Large shinny diecast Individual Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd
Matches and Awards
You need to be at your mat an hour before your match start. Winners NEED to stick around till the division is done. Awards will be handed out within the hour after your divisions is done. If you win by default, you will also receive a metal. Winning by default does not count towards any points.
Free Compeitor T -Shirt
First 200 registrations will receive a free competitor T-Shirt. Only one T-Shirt will be given no matter how many divisions you enter. There will be limited competitor t-shirt to purchase at the event.

Train for a weekend in Mexico with two awesome instructors.
Trip includes flight, stay, and seminars.
BJJ Mexico will be sometime in February. (Note: Still working on upgrading this prize. Raffling off 1 trip at the ref clinics. Also working on opening some packages to the public)

Breaking competition rules. Bad conduct at the event. Not making weight. Yelling or arguing with our staff.
Weigh ins: - Two Weigh-ins
1) Friday evening April 16th, 4:30pm - 8:00pm , At Avada High School (All locations are subject to change)
2) Saturday Oct 16th, 8:30am day of the tournament two and a half hours before your division starts. Check chronogram link above
You will weigh in with your fight shorts or rash guard.
Note:
Be at your mat number 1 hour before your fight starts so you can hear your name being called. Winners NEED to stick around until the division is finished.
During the tournament, any mistakes on the brackets that were not correctted previous to sign-in check day will lead to immediate disqualification.
